Experience That Counts

Times are tough. Families are feeling the squeeze, small businesses are navigating uncertainty, and too many people are working harder just to stay afloat. Now more than ever, Newport News deserves a Treasurer who does more than collect taxes—we need a leader who empowers residents with the tools to build financial security and an advocate who ensures city resources truly work for the people.

That’s why my campaign is built on the Triple E’s: Educate, Engage, and Elevate—a bold plan to bring financial literacy directly to our neighborhoods, create stronger connections between residents and the Treasurer’s Office, and modernize our systems to make services faster, smarter, and more accessible for everyone.

As your Treasurer, I will make sure every dollar collected serves a greater purpose—helping families, supporting small businesses, and strengthening Newport News for the future. This isn’t just about balancing the books—it’s about empowering our community, creating opportunity, and making sure no one is left behind.

A financially empowered Newport News starts with us. Let’s Elevate Newport News!
